CCSD #1 RiverHealth Advisory Board

The RiverHealth Advisory Board is a citizen advisory board that makes recommendations to the BCC on wastewater and surface water policy, budget and issues affecting District customers.

2011 Board Members

  • Juliana Andrade – Ms. Andrade is a resident of unincorporated North Clackamas County and is a customer of CCSD #1. (term expires: February 2013)
  • Marlo Dean – Mr. Dean is a member of the Damascus City Council and serves as the City representative on the RiverHealth Advisory Board. (term expires: Appointed by City of Damascus)
  • Markley Drake – Mr. Drake serves the committee as a City of Happy Valley representative. He is also a member of the Happy Valley City Council. (term expires: Appointed by City of Happy Valley)
  • Eric Hofeld – Mr. Hofeld is the committee Chair and is a CCSD #1 customer. As a past member of CCSD #1’s Citizen Advisory Council, Mr. Hofeld is knowledgeable of the District’s sanitary sewer programs, goals and objectives. (term expires: December 2012)
  • Jeremy Ferguson:  Mayor Jeremy Ferguson represents the City of Milwaukie. (term expires: Appointment by City of Milwaukie)
  • Steve Kennett – Mr. Kennett is a resident of unincorporated North Clackamas County and is a CCSD #1 customer who is familiar with District watershed health programs and issues. (term expires: February 2013)
  • Ron Weigel – Mr. Weigel is a CCSD #1 customer and a past member of the North Clackamas Surface Water Management Citizens Advisory Committee. He brings an extensive knowledge of surface water related issues facing the District. (term expires: July 2011)
  • Jeff Winner – Mr. Winner is a CCSD #1 customer and, as a past member of CCSD #1's Citizen Advisory Committee, knowledgeable of the District’s sanitary sewer programs, goals and objectives. (term expires: February 2013)
