Clackamas County Service District No.1 Kellogg Creek Water Pollution Control Plant Digester Mix System Project

Clackamas County Service District No.1 is soliciting proposals from interested engineering consulting firms to assist the District in the evaluation of the current digester mix system’s operation and its ability to maximize process reliability and gas production for the Kellogg Creek Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP).

Proposals must be submitted to Water Environment Services by 2:00 PM on Tuesday, March 6, 2012.
