CCSD #1 withdraws lawsuit against the City of Milwaukie-12/23/2009
The District has dismissed a lawsuit regarding the issuance electrical permits needed to repair equipment at the Kellogg Creek Treatment Plant. Repairs are needed urgently to protect public health and the Willamette River.

Milwaukie no longer asks for Kellogg Decommissioning-11/3/2009
Following an invite from the RiverHealth Advisory Board, the City of Milwaukie is no longer interested in the decommissioning of the Kellogg Plant according to a letter written by Milwaukie Mayor Jeremy Ferguson on behalf of City Council. Instead the City has accepted the District request to work together towards a “good neighbor” policy and the reduction of the Plant footprint.
