Intertie 2 Pipeline Route Information

Clackamas County and Milwaukie reach agreement outlining negotiation process

Clackamas County Service District No.1 (CCSD #1) and the City of Milwaukie have reached an agreement to resolve their dispute over wholesale sewer rates through a mediation process and if necessary, binding arbitration.

The Clackamas County Service District No. 1 (CCSD #1) Citizen Advisory Board will meet Tuesday, Feb. 9 at 6:30 p.m. in Clackamas County’s Development Services Building, conference room 432.

The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality has announced that Clackamas County Service District No. 1 (CCSD #1) is one of 13 programs in the state that will receive a Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) loan from the American Recovery and Reinvestment of Act of 2009.
