Board authorizes funding to finance expansion of sewage treatment capacity for CCSD #1

The County will finance sewage treatment system expansion through the sale of up to $95 million in revenue obligations, the Clackamas County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) unanimously decided Monday night following the final of two public hearings. This decision will not impact Tri-City rates.
